My free spirit was born on the Serie A fields when, as a little girl playing handball, I left home for the first time. Traveling across Europe with a duffel bag, sharing homes with people from different cultures.
I was head over heels in love with that boy, and I would’ve followed him to the moon. So, with a one-way ticket, we moved to California, U.S.A.
But… after more than a year of that perfect American dream, the same motivation that pushed me to leave ended up turning everything upside down. In reverse, though. Unbelievable.
A woman must cultivate herself and walk her own path, build her own dreams, and nurture her own solitude. Only when she becomes a self-aware woman will she recognize a true partner. I flew away.
"Dear Mama Australia," and not because of the passport or citizenship.
You were, for the first time, my jump without a parachute. With you, I stepped outside the lines. I discovered my instincts, my primal side, and all the fire I carry inside. And it’s with you that I built the self-awareness I have today.
Between luxurious villas and rundown dorms, between humble jobs and high-responsibility roles, between rollercoaster days and hospital blackouts, that lion tattoo turned into a feather. The fine line between strength and lightness.
Despite all the passions and activities I was involved in, a full-time job with responsibilities, and a language that wasn’t mine, I decided to study—and then came the day of the ceremony:
"Certified and recognized Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance."
I wanted to turn my passion into my profession, so with humility and persistence, I started offering free yoga classes in hostels, on beaches, and online—until a flight, after years without returning, brought me back home.
A huge community from day one, events everywhere, my first yoga retreats from the Canary Islands to Indonesia, Bali. The Camino de Santiago, ongoing training, my love for the old town... a wild whirlwind!
Always feed your curiosity in life, and have the courage to enjoy the process.
